Board of Directors
The HESA Board of Directors comprises all the 23 Vice-Chancellors of member institutions. The day to day running of the HESA’s business is overseen by a 7-member Executive Committee of the Board. This includes six university Vice-Chancellors and the CEO of HESA. The chairperson of the board serves a two-year term. The 2010-2011 Executive Committee is constituted as follows:
